I’m a Nutritionist & Herbalist specializing in the Mind–Gut connection and the impact of long-term stress on women’s Gut Health.
I didn’t just study this work — I lived it.
My work is shaped by client successes and my own recovery from fatigue and brain fog after the loss of a loved one, while working in a demanding corporate role.
Now I support women with busy, high-stress lives using the Mind-Gut Method that creates real, steady results — not another health fad that leaves you feeling overwhelmed.

How Our Sessions Work

Mapping Your Mind - Body
In our first session, we take time to deeply understand you—mind, body, and lifestyle. I’ll ask about eating habits, sleep, stress, and physical symptoms. This helps us get to the root cause and uncover any secondary imbalances that may be affecting your well-being.

Balance & Regulate
From there, we’ll create a Personalized Holistic Health Plan. We’ll review it together in your second session. This plan may include recommendations like nutrition changes, vitamins, supplements, herbal remedies, and lifestyle shifts— all tailored to your goals and needs.

Radiate
Healing is a process. We stay connected, track your progress, and make adjustments— always mindfully, so your healing path feels doable and aligned with your life.
