6. Cookies and Tracking
My website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies, including:
• Essential cookies — required for the website to function
• Analytics cookies — to understand how visitors use the site (e.g. Google Analytics)
• Advertising cookies — including the Meta Pixel, which tracks certain visitor actions to measure ad performance and enable retargeting
The Meta Pixel may track actions such as visiting my website, signing up for a resource, or viewing specific pages. This data is used to show my ads to people who have visited my site or to find similar audiences on Facebook and Instagram.
You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. You can also opt out of Meta's ad tracking via your Facebook settings under "Ad Preferences." Note that disabling cookies may affect how parts of this website function.
By continuing to use this website after being presented with a cookie notice, you consent to non-essential cookies being placed.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. I will not send you marketing emails without your consent, and I will not sell your email address to any third party.
8. Meta Advertising — Your Rights
I run paid ads on Facebook and Instagram using Meta's advertising platform. As part of this:
• I may upload email addresses of existing contacts to Meta as a Custom Audience to show relevant ads to people already familiar with my work. This is done in accordance with Meta's Terms and applicable data protection law
• Meta may use anonymised, aggregated data from my Pixel to help me understand which types of people respond to my ads
• I do not share health information with Meta for advertising purposes
To opt out of interest-based advertising on Meta, visit your Facebook Ad Preferences or use the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool at optout.aboutads.info.
9. Data Retention
I retain your information for as long as is necessary to deliver my Services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve any disputes.
• Client health and program records: retained for a minimum of 7 years following the end of the program, in line with standard professional practice
• Email marketing data: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
• Website analytics and ad data: retained in accordance with the policies of the relevant third-party platforms
Confidentiality obligations for client information survive for 10 years following the end of our agreement, as outlined in my Client Agreement.

I take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. This includes using secure, reputable third-party platforms for payments, email, and scheduling.
However, no digital transmission or storage system is completely secure. I cannot guarantee absolute security, and I encourage you to use secure connections when sharing sensitive information.
Standard email communications are not fully encrypted. For sensitive health information, I recommend using secure channels where available.
