Hi - I'm Sydney
Over the past six years, I've mentored hundreds of women back to a stable gut and a clear mind.
I ran a Women's Natural Health practice in two cities before founding the Mind-Gut Method - a Gut-Brain Axis approach to naturopathy for high-capacity women. I've worked with women therapeutically across Canada, America, Israel, the UK, Germany, Australia + more.
I studied naturopathy with training in Functional Nutrition, Phytotherapy (Herbalism), Orthomolecular Studies (Supplements), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and blood test interpretation. I also hold a BA and MA in other disciplines.
But I didn't just learn this - I lived it. Eight years ago I was running on empty in a high-pressure corporate career - heart palpitations, bloating, a brain that wouldn't switch off - while everyone told me I looked great.
Now I live my life with full energy, confidence, and a sense of real purpose.
In this workshop, I'm sharing the practical tools I wish someone had given me - and the 3 necessary shifts that move you from internally exhausted to externally radiant.
